The Passive Income Hub trading as Jaydee Digital Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates growwithjaydee.com (the “Website”) and the associated programs, communities and webinars (the “Programs”).
We are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR also apply to you, and Section 10 sets out your additional rights. We do not collect or store full card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials. Payment card data is captured and processed entirely by our payment providers on their own systems.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Website we automatically collect: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser type and version, device type and operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent, and click behaviour. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (Section 6).
2.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from:
- Advertising platforms — aggregated and event-level data from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other ad networks about how you interacted with our ads
- Payment processors — confirmation of payment status, chargeback and dispute notices, and fraud-risk signals
- Webinar and community platforms — attendance, watch duration and engagement data
- Content partners and creators — where you reached us through a collaboration with a third-party creator, we may receive limited campaign attribution data

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Automated Advertising Technologies
We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and may use other advertising networks.
We use the Meta Pixel and equivalent tracking tools on our Website. These place cookies and transmit information about your visit — including pages viewed, registration events and purchase events — to the advertising platform. This allows us to measure ad performance, build audiences of people who have visited the Website, and show ads to people with similar characteristics.
Information shared with these platforms may be matched against an existing account you hold with them. This processing is governed by the platform’s own privacy policy in addition to ours:

You can limit this by adjusting your ad preferences directly with the platform, using our cookie banner to decline non-essential cookies, or using browser-level tracking protection.
5. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following categories of recipient, and only as necessary:
- Payment processors — to take payment, manage instalments, and handle disputes and refunds
- Course and community platforms — to give you access to your purchased materials and community
- Webinar and streaming platforms — to register you for and deliver live and recorded sessions
- Email and messaging providers — to send transactional and, where consented, marketing communications
- Advertising and analytics platforms — as described in Section 4
- Our team, contractors and service providers — including support staff and virtual assistants who need access to answer your questions. All are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Our marketing agency — engaged to operate our advertising and funnel infrastructure on our behalf, under contract
- Professional advisors — accountants, auditors and lawyers, where required
- Authorities and regulators — where we are legally required to disclose, or where disclosure is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim
- A purchaser — if the business is sold, merged or reorganised, your information may transfer as part of that transaction
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the Website to function, including checkout and login. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how the Website is used.
- Advertising cookies — used to measure and target advertising, as described in Section 4.
Where required by law, we request your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can change your preferences at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Blocking cookies may prevent parts of the Website from working correctly.
7. International Transfers
We operate from Canada and serve students in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and elsewhere. Your information will therefore be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including Canada and the United States, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.
Canada has been recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data transferred from the EEA to recipients subject to PIPEDA. Where we transfer personal data from the UK or EEA to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

When information is no longer needed we delete it or irreversibly anonymise it.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls limiting staff access to what their role requires, use of reputable processors that maintain their own security standards, and confidentiality obligations for everyone with access.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs that poses a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the relevant regulator as required by law.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your information, where we have no overriding legal basis to retain it
- Withdraw consent at any time, including unsubscribing from marketing
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Restrict processing in certain circumstances
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (UK/EEA)
- Not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not carry out such decision-making.

11. United States Residents
Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising cookies described in Section 4 may constitute “sharing” under some state laws. You can opt out through our cookie banner or by emailing support@growwithjaydee.com.
12. Children
Our Website and Programs are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact support@growwithjaydee.com.
13. Third-Party Sites
The Website may link to third-party sites and platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or a prominent notice on the Website before it takes effect.
